Incident management activities involve marking real time incident details or resolving a specific type of incident. Essentially, an incident management system decides who gets alerted about incidents and when.

The incidents may be Accidental Incidents occurred by Fire, Theft, etc., Natural Calamities, Terror etc. During such occurrences the FIR will be generated and sent to all concerned as per their internal workflow via Email/SMS.
